Teriyaki Citrus Marinade

So I made this last night, and it turned out REALLY good - the citrus flavor is really strong, so it's better for a lighter meal. I used chicken, because red meat would probably be too hearty, but it might work with steak as well.

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast
Marinade
+ Sicilian Lemon Juice (bottled is fine)
+ Balsamic Vinegar
+ Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce (will be the bulk of the marinade)
+ Garlic
+ Salt
+ Freshly cracked pepper
+ Ground Oregano
+ Cinnamon
+ 1 Small piece of ginger

I didn't record actual proportions, it's probably better to mix it to taste.

The chicken breast soaks up flavor the best if sliced to about 1/3 inch thickness, and left in the refrigerator overnight. At that size, it's fine to be baked at 350 degrees for about half an hour.
